Visiting this website

When you visit, our hosting provider stores technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested in server logs to keep the site secure. These logs are deleted after a short time. Hosting provider: Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA). Pages are delivered through Google’s worldwide server network, so data may also be processed in the USA.

Fonts, images and the short film on the menu are served from our own server. There are no embedded third-party maps or videos.

Reservations and vouchers

For table reservations we send you to ForaTable, for room bookings to our booking system on mybookingsite.io, and for vouchers to e-guma. You enter your details directly with that provider, and its privacy policy applies. We receive the information we need for your reservation, booking or voucher.

Enquiries by email

The enquiry forms on this website send nothing to a server. They open your email app with your enquiry. We use your details only to answer your enquiry and organise your stay or event, and keep them only as long as that and statutory retention periods require.

Links to other services

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps, Lunchgate or our booking system open those providers’ websites. Only then do their privacy policies apply; some of these providers also process data outside Switzerland.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted. Write to us at the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
